Half Life 2

The game Half Life 2 is a popular first person shooter which shows the story of Gordon Freeman, a scientist before seen in the first Half Life.  Here we can see in a near future a world dominated by aliens and the only one able to save this world is you.  As Dr. Freeman, you must do several missions defeating many aliens in your path, alongside with helicopters, artillery cars, and some impressive machines created by alien technology.  Armed from the beginning with his traditional crowbar, and gaining a whole variety of weapons on his way, you must defeat yourself and reach the top of the citadel and defeat the boss in it.  It is a game filled with problems both in attacking opponents and intellectual problems finding different and creative ways to pursue a situation.  This forms a sort of balance between the fights and the intellectual problems.  It is definitely a fun game to play and it has two sequels, and a third one coming along.  I warranty that if you are a person who likes first person shooter, you will love this one and check out the sequels and even the prequel which began all of this: Half Life.

I'm just wondering how long ago this review was made seeing that HL2 came out in 2004. I also want to add that most if not all of the game reviews are out of date.
